October 2, 2020

We’re starting our new series, Rooted in the Greatness of God, this weekend!  We’re opening the building for in-person services, new Life Groups are starting, new Rooted Groups are starting, Woodlands Kids volunteers are serving our kids in groups, wow!  And that’s just a snapshot of what’s going on here at Woodlands.  There is so much to be thankful for and so much to be praying for - thank you for praying diligently for this church, its leadership and staff,  for the people who call Woodlands Church their home, and your group members!

This will be short and sweet.  You can gain access to the Rooted curriculum below.  Note that there are a few pieces:  a participant guide, a leader guide, and a short video.

Go ahead and send the participant guide to your group members and tell them how excited you are to get started in this series and to remind them of the day, time, and place you are meeting.  Remember, this curriculum is adaptable; use and tweak it to fit your group dynamics.  The participant guide and video are also available on the church website: https://woodlandschurch.org/sermon-curriculum/.

One final resource for you; “Helpful Suggestions” was sent out to Rooted Group facilitators just yesterday, there are great suggestions and reminders as we venture into this new series.

I’m praying this Scripture over each of you this week!

Now may the God of peace who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great shepherd of the sheep, by the blood of the eternal covenant, equip you with everything good that you may do his will, working in us that which is pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.

Hebrews 13:20-21
