A Small, Easy, Doable Item That Can Make A Difference
Place of Peace could use your leftover containers. They have a continual need. So please do not throw them away. Wash them and let them be reused! Drop them off at 1948 Church St in their donation shed.
Woodlands Moving Ministry
The Moving Ministry assists those in need in our church or community who do not have connections to the resources or people necessary to move from one living situation to another. They are looking for teams of people eager to serve; willing and able to move heavy or light stuff, willing to hold doors, bring water to team members, and/or interact with the person we are serving. As calls come in on an "as needed" basis we are looking for groups who could be flexible and willing to work when the need arises. Sometimes this is short notice but it is a great opportunity to BLESS someone and have fun while doing it.
Could use your Life Group's help!

Reach the world
opportunity for your group
Kristen is Pam & Kevin Lang's daughter. They are headed to Ecuador to be missionaries. They want to share their story with as many people as possible.
Could your group be interested in hearing about their serving in Loja Province where only 1% are Christians & 60% of the population is under 30. David & Kristen have a burden to reach teens and young adults and see them mature in their faith. Here is their blog. http://www.fullheartsoverflowing.wordpress.com/
We also have a short video with subtitles from the youth pastor in Ecuador. If you are interested in having them visit your group for a brief 15 min. presentation (no discussion of finances), simply an opportunity to hear of God calling them to "GO", please contact David and Kristen at email@example.com or by phone 715-207-7206.
